When it comes to feeding kids, we all know how much of a challenge it can be. Luckily, I’ve got you covered with a variety of recipes that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy.

These recipes incorporated into a balanced diet will help with constipation, vitamin deficiency, sugar sensitivity, lactose sensitivities, picky eaters and obese children.

My motto is, I wouldn’t feed my kids anything I wouldn’t eat. NO preservatives, nitrates, harmful chemicals or inflammatory ingredients. 100% Healthy Wholesome and Homemade!
