During this session, we’ll dig into the root of the issue in order to create your customized plan for healthy eating. We’ll also go over everything you need to know to get started with your new healthy lifestyle. Included in your custom plan will be a food plan summary (what you should be eating, how much, and when), a shopping list, food suggestions, meal ideas, and recipes that suit your fast-paced lifestyle and support your healthy eating plan.
Follow-Up Appointments with a Holistic Nutritionist
For subsequent bookings with the same nutritionist after you’ve been given your custom nutrition plan. Let’s make sure you’re on the right path and go over any challenges that may have come up. Stay on track and boost your nutrition with advances to your program.
