looks yummy, but you forgot to add the cinnamon and pumpkin spice in the directions. Hope they are still good without it. I didn’t notice it until batter was in the oven 😦

Hi I want to make this can you tell me how to make the coconut topping and also the gel coloring has sugar In it? Can you use food coloring instead?
We use Wilton gel colouring and it has no sugar as confirmed by the manufacturer. Also the coconut flakes recipe is in my big book. Basically you just mix coconut, colouring and a few drops of water in a ziplock bag for each separate colour. Dry out over night on a paper towel. I hope you enjoy! I normally eat Paleo and this fits the bill. I use coconut aminos all the time. There’s a garlic flavored one I love.
How are you getting the net carbs @ 1.6?
If there is 8.6 -fiber 1.6
Hey jill! Sugar alcohols are net carbs as well and are subtracted from the amount when I calculate the macros. I dont usually list them in the macros. Enjoy!

Sugar alcohols are also net carbs and are deducted:)
Yes they are, just didn’t see them listed so thanks for clarifying. Looking forward to trying this. Butterfinger was my favorite too.
