This no sugar added Apple Flax Oatmeal is made with flax and quick oats making it great to help with constipation, upset tummies and great for a balanced diet. Gluten-free, dairy-free, child approved, and great for breakfast or dessert! This recipe is also Paleo and Keto friendly (in small servings).

Apple Flax Oatmeal

  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, flax and water together well. Then add the vanilla and mix well again.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds or 1 -2 minutes over medium heat in a pot on stove top.
  3. Stir in apple sauce very well until all chunks are gone.
  4. Serve!
