It literally only takes a few minutes to make, microwave or stove top.
Apple Flax Oatmeal
- 1/2 Cup Organic Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp ground golden flax seeds
- 1/2 Cup Organic Apple Sauce
Mix the oats, flax and water together well. Then add the vanilla and mix well again.
- Microwave for 30 seconds or 1 -2 minutes over medium heat in a pot on stove top.
- Stir in apple sauce very well until all chunks are gone.
