This recipe is Keto- Gluten Free- Paleo, Sugar Free and Grain Free
Summer & Dips go together like Bacon and Eggs. I can never get enough cold dips in the warmer weather. Since spring is finally here I am in summer eating mode and decided to share one of my favourite dips that is super quick to whip up.
The best part is if you’re entertaining, everyone will enjoy it too!
But hey – you’ll need to try it for yourself so you believe me. 😉
I’m not going to sit here and write a whole script on how you should try this recipe. I’m going to let the food speak for itself. If you LOVE this recipe as much as I do than do me a huge fav and spread it.

LOW CARB BRUSCHETTA DIP
- dash of pink himalayan
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 whole clove garlic minced
- 1/4 white onion diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- One batch of The Best Of Keto Crackers Recipe
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese – in a bowl. Let sit overnight to blend the flavours. (optional)
2. Layer on a serving dish and top with shredded cheese. Serve with The Best of Keto Crackers!

Dietary Fiber =1.3g
Total overall Sugar Alcohols 0g
Net carbs per serving: 2.2g
