The Best Keto Honey Garlic Chicken
Difficulty: ”Medium”
4 CHICKEN BREASTS SKINLESS
CRUSTY CHICKEN COATING
1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
¼ TSP THYME
DASH OF PINK ROCK SALT
DASH OF PEPPER
CHICKEN SAUCE
1/4 CUP FIBER SYRUP
3 TBSP COCONUT AMINOS
DASH OF PINK ROCK SALT
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC (2 CLOVES)
2 TBSP GHEE OR BUTTER
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all of the crust coating ingredients together and spread out evenly on a flat plate.
- Dip the chicken in the flour substitute mixture until fully coated. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, place fiber syrup, brown sugar sub, coconut aminos, salt and butter. Bring to a simmer. Add garlic and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside.
- When chicken is done baking, gently spoon the syrup garlic mixture over the crusty coating on the chicken.
- Plate and serve immediately.
*Can be done without the sugar sub. Added sweetness makes it more honey garlic tasting. Enjoy!

I normally eat Paleo and this fits the bill. I use coconut aminos all the time. There’s a garlic flavored one I love.
