Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup +1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • Dash of pink Himalayan salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, melt butter, swerve, cocoa powder in microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Whisk mixture until fully combined. Add oil and whisk. Add eggs and whisk until combined. Finally add almond flour and dash of salt and mix again until combined.
  4. Pour into a parchment lined 9×9 baking pan and spread out even. Top with walnuts and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool fully before cutting. Serves 16.

    1. Hey jill! Sugar alcohols are net carbs as well and are subtracted from the amount when I calculate the macros. I dont usually list them in the macros. Enjoy!
