Easy 2 Minute KETO Coleslaw

I love coleslaw especially in the warmer months here in Canada.

I find they always have additives so here is an easy recipe that will fix your cravings 🙂

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Organic keto mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp smoked paprika
  • Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice


  1. In a large bowl, mix everything expect the cabbage until wrll combined.
  2. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the cabbage in shoe strings. Add to sauce and toss until all cabbage is coated.
  3. Serve cold.

Nutrition Per Serving Fat: 24g Protein: 0.4g Carbs: 2g Fiber: 0.6g Net Carbs: 1.4g
