- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup Organic keto mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 Tsp onion powder
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 Tsp smoked paprika
- Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- In a large bowl, mix everything expect the cabbage until wrll combined.
- Using a sharp knife, thinly slice the cabbage in shoe strings. Add to sauce and toss until all cabbage is coated.
- Serve cold.
