Keto Cashew Vanilla Butter Frosty
Ingredients
- 2 cups of shredded Cabbage
- 6 oz of ground beef
- 2 tbsp onion diced
- 2 cremini mushrooms diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste (I Use This)
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tbsp chicken drippings (or ghee) ( I Use This)
- 1 Tsp pink Himalayan salt ( I Use This)
- 1 Tsp ground black pepper ( I Use This)
- 1 Tsp hot sauce ( I Use This)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small casserole dish spread cabbage out evenly.
- In a frying pan fry the beef, onion, mushroom and spices with hot sauce until browned.
- Add the tomato paste, water and drippings to the beef. Mix well.
- Pour beef mixture over the cabbage. Press it down with a spoon.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
