Mushroom, Mock Potato and Onion Bake
- 6 Cremini Mushrooms Sliced
- 8 Radishes Sliced
- ¼ Onion Diced
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced I USE THIS
- ¼ Cup Butter
- 1/4 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt and Pepper I USE THIS
- 1 Tsp Oregano I USE THIS
- ¼ Tsp Thyme I USE THIS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a baking dish, Add all the ingredients and toss lightly.
- Bake for 30 – 40 minutes and serve hot.
*Can be fried over medium heat for 20 minutes in a frying pan.
