Creamy Keto Chicken Alfredo Parmesan

  • Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • ½ Tsp Xanthan Gum
  • ¼ Cup Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Whisk in spices and heavy cream. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t boil over. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. When chicken is done remove from oven and pour the alfredo sauce over the breasts. Then sprinkle the parmesan over the alfredo on the chicken. Bake for another 8 – 10 minutes. Serve hot.
