· 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
· Salt and Pepper to taste
- Wash, trim and quarter radishes.
- Toss radishes in small bowl with butter.
- Spread on foil lined baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
