PREP TIME  5 Minutes

COOK TIME   5 Minutes



  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and chill for 2 hours in fridge.

3. Add mixture to the mixer and whip on high for 2 – 5 minutes until stiff peaks are formed.

*Can be added to fresh berries or used as a topping for any dessert or drink.
